FLUID CITY

Site Area : 4.3 acres

Fluid City is an integrated township development that aims to establish a secure, efficient, and environmentally sustainable mobility and transportation network. The plan prioritizes an integrated, multimodal system that encourages pedestrian-friendly urban land use patterns, thereby reducing dependence on private vehicles.

The development promotes the adoption of alternative modes of transportation—such as walking, cycling, and public transit—across all segments of the population. By doing so, it seeks to minimize private automobile use and foster a more inclusive and accessible urban environment.

Furthermore, Fluid City supports the sustainable growth of the urban area by ensuring the provision of adequate and conveniently located parking, along with a comprehensive network of sidewalks and pedestrian pathways that enhance walkability and connectivity throughout the township.
